Awareness and Energy
August 15, 2017 • Awareness & the Mind, Learn
As I have shared previously the most important thing in the beginning study of the mind is to understand that there is a separation between awareness and the mind. Another equally important thing to understand is the relationship between awareness and energy.
There’s a beautiful saying that my guru use to say all the time. He use to say, “Where awareness goes, energy flows.” Where awareness goes, energy flows.
If awareness, this glowing ball of light, goes to a particular area of the mind then that is where energy is flowing. Where awareness goes, energy flows. So, if awareness goes to a happy area of the mind then that is where energy is flowing. And if energy is flowing to the happy area of the mind then it is strengthening that area of the mind. Do you get it?
Where is your awareness going to throughout the day? What areas of your mind is being strengthened? I would love to hear your responses in the comment section of this blog.
