It has been almost a year since our spiritual adventure in the Himalayas of Nepal and India. I just returned from conducting a few meditation workshops in Colorado a few days ago where I caught up with Gary, Jaxon, Mandi and Dawn who were part of the group of 17 people that made up our spiritual adventure team that spent 16-days in the Himalayas.
