Over the past two weeks, we’ve stepped into the unseen—into the subtle realms of the subconscious, learning that time does not heal, and that repetition leaves deep impressions. This week, let’s go deeper—not just to understand the subconscious, but to consciously shape it.
We’ve learned that time doesn’t heal unresolved emotional experiences—they must be consciously addressed. We’ve also learned how repetition—especially emotionally charged repetition—creates deep impressions in the subconscious, eventually shaping our beliefs and behaviors.
It’s important to know that the subconscious can be shaped unintentionally through repeated positive or negative self-talk—but it can also be shaped deliberately through conscious repetition infused with emotion.
In my Magic of the Mind course, I talk about the power of affirmations—not as casual positive thinking, but as a strategic, energetic tool to create new patterns in the subconscious. Patterns that you thoughtfully choose—aligned with what you want to create in your life. When you combine positive words with a corresponding visualization and, most importantly, emotion, you create a pattern that vibrates at a specific frequency. This pattern, infused with emotion, now attracts anything of a similar frequency.
Nikola Tesla once said it succinctly and clearly: “If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency, and vibration.”
Have you ever met someone who keeps dating the same type of person and can’t understand why they continue attracting them into their life? Or someone who keeps having the same experiences, year after year? These individuals have patterns in their subconscious, infused with emotion, vibrating at a frequency that attracts similar experiences repeatedly. As long as that emotionally charged pattern is embedded in the subconscious, it will continue to draw in more of the same.
Your subconscious doesn’t care whether an emotion is positive or negative—it simply responds to the impression created and the intensity of that emotion. Repetition then reinforces it.
Now imagine consciously choosing the pattern you want to create—a pattern born from the clarity of your vision—and then repeating it consistently—through your words, your visualizations, and the emotional charge behind them. You could begin shaping your mind to attract whatever you desire: more joy, confidence, compassion, material possessions, spiritual attainments—even the right people into your life.
That is the power of conscious creation.
You are not at the mercy of your past or your patterns—you can shape your subconscious just as much as it has shaped you.
Start small. Choose a quality you want to cultivate—like courage or self-belief. Then repeat it to yourself with feeling. Visualize it. Infuse it with emotion. Over time, that vibration will imprint itself in your subconscious just as deeply as fear once did.
This is one of the tools I share in my Magic of the Mind course—guiding you through a deep understanding of how it works and how to implement it in your life. Now is always the perfect time to start shaping your mind consciously and intentionally.
