This morning I decided to check out Jama Masjid, India's largest mosque which was located in Old Delhi. The Masjid-i Jahān-Numā (the 'World-reflecting Mosque'), commonly known as the Jama Masjid was commissioned by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan, builder of the Taj Mahal, in the year 1644 and was completed 14 years later.
