Do you know who's talking in your ear? When you stick your headphones in your ear and listen to music, are you conscious of the lyrics you're listening to? Are they uplifting? Are they positive? You would not have somebody stand in front of you and say discouraging things to you. You wouldn't tolerate that. So why would then would you stick headphones in your ears and listen to

discouraging lyrics. Are you conscious of this? Make a choice and before you stick your headphones in your ears, ask yourself, is the music I'm listening to uplifting and beneficial to me? Because you don't want those lyrics programming your subconscious in a way that doesn't benefit you and your life.

For example, if you listen to music that degrades women, then that music, those those lyrics are going to shape your subconscious to make you have that perspective on women. Or if you listen to music where the lyrics tell you that life is always a struggle, then that's how your subconscious is going to be programmed.

And you'll always look at life as one big struggle.
