Most people have not heard of Bandipur. Tucked away in the mountains of the Himalayas this little village is a heaven on earth. We said goodbye to sweet Bandipur and headed to Pokhara making a stop at a lake called Begnas Tal. Some ventured out into the lake in boats and others just enjoyed being there. From here it was a short drive to Pokhara, where we will be spending 3-nights. The drive to Pokhara from the lake was quite scenic with the Annapurna mountain range clearly visible.

Our bags are being transported to the jeep that will then take them to the bus as we head away from Bandipur towards Pokhara, our next destination.

Lake Begnas Tal outside of Pokhara.

Dandapani goes over the itinerary with the group as we study the map of the town and the activities we have planned for the next couple of days.
