Coffee Shop Talk in the Virgin Islands

Last Friday night I had my very first coffee shop conversation. It took place at the Barefoot Buddha in St. Thomas in the beautiful US Virgin Islands. An unscripted, 2 hour open conversation about life and the spiritual path. Attendees asked questions and our conversation explored the topics of life, death, reincarnation, loving oneself, abuse, defining a spiritual path, how to identify a good teacher, simplifying life to quality and what matters most, fear, courage, choices and so many other great topics. Loved my very first coffee shop conversation, unscripted, raw, open and honest, with about 30 beautiful souls.
