How To View Negative Traits In Yourself
June 27, 2017 • Conversations on the Spiritual Path, Learn

Remember the trait was a product of decades or centuries of repeating a behavioral pattern and to expect to change it overnight or in the next five years is unreasonable. We must take a slow approach. It will take time, but understanding it first brings forth compassion. Certainly if it is not a good trait, then you should work to change it. Just be patient and compassionate with yourself as you work on it.
