Every year I conduct a retreat in Asia which is open to the public. These journeys are opportunities for people to get away from their daily routines, study with me in a deeper way and embark on a journey of self-transformation.
In February of 2017 I’ll be guiding a group of individuals on a 12-day Spiritual Adventure across Sri Lanka. Titled a “Sri Lankan Odyssey” this journey is my next Spiritual Adventure and the only one planned for 2017.
And we have quite the journey planned. From rolling hills draped in tea plantations and dotted with hill stations to sun-bleached golden sand beaches kissed by warm tropical seas, millennia old temples and monasteries, oodles of elephants and waterfalls, wildlife, cuisine to light up every taste bud…this only begins to describe the outer experience that you will have on this emerald island in the Indian ocean.
As in all our spiritual adventures, we learn as we travel. Our inner journey will be even more spectacular as we delve into the landscape of our mind and learn powerful tools to transform the way we think and the way we live our lives. I’ll lead the classes myself plus the daily meditation sessions. I’ll guide you in crafting a lifestyle that is surrounded around your purpose in life. And that’s another thing we’ll work on – discovering your purpose in life. There will be yoga asana each day as well.
This Spiritual adventure is not for the faint-hearted, nor is it only for the fearless. It is for those seeking to discover themselves on a journey of personal transformation through a myriad of inner and outer experiences that last a lifetime. Isn’t it time you explored one of the world’s most gorgeous and diverse islands, and discovered yourself in a soul-stirring spiritual adventure? Your journey to self-discovery begins when you decide to start it.
There are a few spots left on our journey and we would love to have you with us. Join me and other like-minded souls from around the world on this life-changing journey.
Please feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions. I hope you will be able to join me and other like-minded souls from around the world on this life-changing journey.

I often hear people say they have such busy lives. I think it’s more a problem of having misguided priorities than being busy. We are doing too much. Nobody is forcing us to do all the things we do. We choose to do them. We make these decisions to commit to so many things and…Read More
Everyone has fears. Fear is the highest state of consciousness for the instinctive mind. The instinctive mind, the conscious mind, is tied to our five senses and our physical body. As long as we have a physical body, as long as we live in our physical body, we are subject to the rules of it.&hel...Read More
