I arrived yesterday in Munich, Germany, the first stop in a series of locations that I will be speaking at in Europe in the next 2 weeks. Munich is one of my favorite cities in Germany and I'll share more in an upcoming post about why I love Munich.
Fortunately for me I have a dear friend who has a home in Kitzbuhel, Austria which is about 90 mins or so outside of Munich...well, the duration really comes down to how fast you drive on the AutoBahn - Germany's freeway that has no speed limit. I first went to Kitzbuhel earlier this year and yesterday after landing I was whisked away to the alps. Kitzbuhel is famous for one of the world's top ski competition it holds every year.
It's simply beautiful up there with gorgeous homes dotting the mountain side. This morning we drove further up the mountain to get over the cloud line then took a long walk in the Alps. The views were simply breathtaking. Here are some photos snapped with an iPhone.
