Creating a Healthy Company Culture

Last Thursday I was invited to Portland by 9 members of the Portland chapter of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization. Each member had invited about 4 members of their senior their staff to attend an all day workshop on Understanding the Mind and Balance Living. There were almost 40 people in attendance. It is so inspiring to see company owners care about the health and well being of their employees. Each CEO wanted me to focus on teaching their employees to have a better and deeper understanding of themselves so that they can lead richer lives be it personal, family or work.
