Last week I started a YouTube channel and my goal is to have a weekly video themed Conversations on the Spiritual Path. In summary it’s a Q&A with me.
Conversations on the Spiritual Path is an unscripted, raw, open and honest conversations about life and the spiritual path with me. It’s a setting for us to engage in a question and answer session as we dive into a range of topics including God, spiritual practices, exploring the mind, sustaining energy, life, death, after-life, reincarnation, karma, the path to enlightenment, fear, courage, how to uplift yourself when you are feeling down, discouragement, stress, abuse, parenting, relationships and so many other thought provoking topics.
This is how it works. You email a question(s) and I respond to it on video. In our very first episode of Conversations on the Spiritual Path, viewers from the Caribbean and St. Louis ask about the creation of God and the purpose and goals of meditation. You can watch the first episode of this video series below.
You can also subscribe to the weekly videos by clicking subscribe me.
Questions that were asked in this episode:
How were the Gods created?
• Why was the Universe created?
• What was the first thing to be created?
• Why did God make anything in the first place when he doesn’t need us?
• What is the purpose/goal of meditation? @4:56
• What method/practices do you recommend to get to that goal? @6:36

People think that change is binary but it is not. It is not an on and off switch. If you break an addiction or a habit you abhor for a while then there is a very high chance you will relapse at some point in the future. Should you have worked with yourself in a…Read More
We are close to reaching the halfway mark of 2022. It feels, at least to me, the new year was not too long ago. A new year is often a promise of hope. A time when many people make plans, set goals and resolutions, and more than anything wish for things to be better, especially…Read More
Today, I wanted to continue on the topic that I touched on in my last post which was purpose. If you look at a person’s day, most of what happens in their day is driven by purpose. When we get in a car it is quite often, if not always, to go somewhere specific. Even…Read More
It’s quite obvious I’ve been absent from posting on my blog. It has been six and a half months since my last post. Over the last twelve months, I’ve invested a significant amount of my energy and time in the creation of my book. That was not the only thing I was absorbed in. Much…Read More
