This past Monday November 25th I traveled to Bremen, a city an hour southwest of Hamburg, to conduct a workshop with the senior staff of the Prizeotel team. The event was an immense success, as it was attended by a close-knit group of hard working and committed staff.
I’d like to spotlight Marco Nussbaum, the co-founder and forward thinking CEO of the Prizeotel company.
His aim is to build the hotel brand and successfully open various locations by focusing first on the success of his employees. Marco understands that the growth of the company is directly related to the people who work for him. He values their health, happiness, and dedication, and thus he has implemented various policies that foster personal development such as covering the cost of a gym membership if an employee commits to going twice in one week.
I had a wonderful morning working with about 13 members of his senior staff. We discussed the tools and practices that will help them develop both personally and professionally.
