Angela Alfieri of Inhale Exhale-Mind Body Wellness has joined with Dandapani of Vedic Odyssey to offer her light asana flow known as “dive in deep stretch” to prepare the mind and body before the meditation workshop.  It is a simple, yet effective practice developed to focus on opening the gross and subtle bodies, while naturally melting into state of relaxed alertness.  Through movement, stillness and a gentle stretch, we will be left with the perfect platform of receptivity for the workshop to follow.  Please come in loose and comfortable clothing.  All levels are welcome and no experience is necessary.
