It is a simple, yet effective practice developed to focus on opening the gross and subtle bodies, while naturally melting into state of relaxed alertness. Through movement, stillness and a gentle stretch, we will be left with the perfect platform of receptivity for the workshop to follow. Please come in loose and comfortable clothing.
