The last day of our Spiritual Adventure in Nepal

Here’s the last post covering our recent spiritual adventure in the Himalayas last month. After our 3 amazing days trekking in the Annapurna range we returned to our hotel in the town of Pokhara where we spent 2 additional nights. The days here we spent absorbed in learning. Classes throughout most of the day and meditation sessions in the morning and evening. I helped everyone refine their discovery of “My Purpose in Life”.
This has been one of the most rewarding trips I have ever done. To have so many participants go away being very clear what their purpose in life is after 10 days on this spiritual adventure was extremely fulfilling.
We flew from Pokhara to Kathmandu – a pretty short flight of about 20 mins or so. We arrived at the domestic terminal which was fun – well the baggage claim was fun, as it was nothing more than a table under a small shed. Lots of local people waiting there for friends and family and it was quite chaotic.
Later that night we went to the Garden of Dreams in Kathmandu. If you are ever in this city you should certainly visit this place. A gorgeous peaceful garden oasis within a chaotic city which has a lovely restaurant attached to it as well. We celebrated the last night of our spiritual adventure here along with one of our participants, John O from New Orleans, 50th birthday.
A wonderful way to conclude a great spiritual adventure. Thank you for following us virtually on this journey and I hope you can join us in person on our next retreat.
