Bringing Work Life Balance to Entrepreneurs in Bahrain
April 18, 2014 • Speaking
On April 16 I had the pleasure of speaking to the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) Bahrain chapter in Manama, Bahrain. This had been my second trip to the beautiful island, my first was when I spoke at the 2012 EO Global Leadership Conference. I was instantly reminded how enriching both the people and the culture are. I was always get rated by EO chapters at the end of a workshop and if I had to rate a chapter I definitely have to say this was one of my favorite chapters for sure. They just got the concepts and were so engaging the whole time. It was such a pleasure sharing with them practical steps to achieving and sustaining balance between their personal and professional lives through my Art of Balancing Life workshop.
One of the highlights of the event was the exercise which utilizes open flame and written word to expel negative emotions from the subconscious. Needless to say we all left the workshop feeling a bit lighter and brighter.
I want to extend my gratitude towards the EO Bahrain Chapter as well as to everyone in attendance for rating me as one of the highest speakers they have ever had. I look forward to doing the 2nd part of the Art of Balancing Life workshop with this chapter next year. Hope to see all of you again soon.
