Did you fulfill your 2019 goals?

As we come to the end of the year I always like looking back and reflecting on how it went. So many people set resolutions at the start of the year and by the end of the year, they don’t even remember what the resolutions were nor have they even come close to achieving any of them.

I’d like to give you an exercise to do. In looking back at 2019, I’d like you to revisit the 2019 resolutions and goals you made.

  1. Do you remember the resolutions you set for yourself?
  2. How many of them did you fulfill?
  3. Which of them did you not fulfill and why?
  4. If you were to write down the changes you made in your life in the past year what would they be?
  5. How much change were you able to notice from 2018 to 2019? Was it 5% or 10% or 25% or more?

Most people hardly change. They like to think they do but their daily mental and physical behavioral patterns indicate otherwise. Some people change so slowly that only over a period of 10 or 20 years will the change be noticeable. This means they don’t really reap the benefits of the change each year because the change is so insignificant.

If you have asked yourself the above questions and your answer is “I did write down my resolutions and goals but did not fulfill them” then my question for you is, are you planning to do the same for 2020?  If you are, then don’t be surprised when you get the same results at the end of 2020.

You must take a different approach. If you want to create sustainable change in 2020 then you must commit to this and you must empower yourself with the right tools to do so.

My Unwavering Focus course has all the tools and teachings you need to create a solid foundation that will help you sustain changes in your life.

A bundle of both of my courses – Unwavering Focus and Introduction to Meditation will be ON SALE from December 30 – January 3 for just $149 for lifetime access to both. The courses are only offered at a sale price once a year so take advantage of this opportunity. They are usually priced at $99 for Unwavering Focus and $199 for Introduction to Meditation.

Empower yourself with these tools to fulfill your goals in 2020.
