After our morning of yoga asana and meditation practice on the beach we headed back to the resort, The Byron at Byron Bay, a gorgeous 45 acre property set amidst a magnificent and unique rainforest canopy. The resort was our home for the retreat and our all day workshop was conducted here in the conference room.
Every participant was given a comfortable light, white yoga outfit to wear for the entire day. Seating for the workshop was on the floor on comfortable cushions and lovely notebooks plus a study guide with all the material in it was given to each participant. The workshop started at 9:30am and ended about 4:45pm with breaks for tea/coffee and lunch.
It was wonderful day of diving within ourselves and exploring our mind and how we utilize energy in our life. We learned tools to concentrate, develop our will, navigate our mind, work with old negative habit patterns, how to consciously invest energy in the people and things that we love and more.

Everyone is given some time to work on some exercises to clear negative patterns in the subconscious.

These negative experiences are described in great detail on paper, the paper then crushed and burnt in a fire.
Everyone steps forward to burn their paper.

Wonderful snacks and lunch were prepared for us for our all-day workshop.
