Our South Indian Spiritual and Culinary Adventure officially started today with an inspiring visit to the rock cut temples of Mahabalipuram and a cooking class taught by Chef Nagarajan and his colleagues. We learned three classic South Indian preparations and then sat beneath the stars and devoured them!
