Zero Tolerance for Abuse

Our series of relationship classes continues with the group at Yoga Off Broadway in Eagle, Colorado. On Friday, 25th February, we gathered in Cyberspace for our second of six classes in a series that spans 6-months.

Today’s topics were “Zero Tolerance for Abuse” and “Circles of Protection”. Abuse comes in many forms be they physical, mental, verbal, emotional, etc. “Zero tolerance for abuse” means that we do not allow, under any circumstance for abuse to take place. We prevent it by making it clear to the abuser that we cannot be treated this way. Unless we make a stand against this, we are silently participating in this process of abuse.

If you are in Eagle, Co, and would like to be part of this group please email Kelly Western at Yoga Off Broadway. If you’d like to start your own group and have Cyberspace classes with me, please feel free to email me.
