I was sharing yesterday with a friend some of the photos I had taken at the Kumbha Mela in Haridwar, India, earlier this year and felt inspired to share a few of them on the blog.
Over 5 million people gathered on the main bathing day in on the banks of the sacred Ganges river in Haridwar for the spectacularly colorful and sacred 2010 Kumbha Mela festival.
