This book is a summary of over two and a half decades of my learning and experiences of the mind and focus.
Is listening to music with no words and doing something else distracting? Is that multitasking?
If you break an addiction or a habit you abhor for a while then there is a very high chance you will relapse at some point in the future.
But unless our goals are in the forefront of our mind it is easy to get distracted by all that life hurls our way.
Purpose drives focus. That said, unless we can focus it makes it very difficult to find our purpose.
The first step in writing this book for me was defining the purpose for doing so. This had to be clear in my mind.
It’s not enough to be “on the spiritual path.” If you can’t name the destination, how will you know the way? Learn how to align your philosophy, goal, and path with purpose.
