The Art of Work Life Balance in Unternehmer Entrepreneur Magazine

The Art of Work Life Balance in Unternehmer Entrepreneur Magazine
Dandapani-Unternehemer-Article

Late last year I was interviewed by Unternehmer magazine, an Austrian publication which supports entrepreneurs with advice and insight about international business. It is published six times a year and the article appeared a few months ago. The magazine is "specially tailored to companies with 300 staff or less."

The publication attracts a wide readership of successful Austrian and German entrepreneurs and professionals who want to enrich their professional and personal lives. I spoke about the importance of maintaining work-life balance as the head of a company. Self-development is often pushed to the side in lieu of professional progress but I encouraged everyone to put themselves first. The impact that you have on your personal, family and business life is far greater when you work on uplifting and creating a more positive version of yourself first.

The four page article explores the practical tools and valuable insights that I shared at an all day workshop for the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) chapter in Hamburg. Despite differences in geography and language, I find in my travels globally that people face many of the same challenges and these practical tools that I learnt from my Guru and continue to develop myself are able to transcend cultural boundaries. Speaking with EO chapters throughout the world is one of my favorite speaking engagements. The various groups from different countries are filled with inspiring individuals all eager to learn and grow.
