Fun day of classes on meditation in the Himalayas

It’s our last full day in Darjeeling and we spent a few hours of it in classes. Today it was everyone’s turn to be a teacher. Each person was given a topic yesterday and it was left to them to teach the group everything they knew about it. I got to play the student with many questions. The classes were filled with smiles, laughter and applause as each teacher elucidated their topic as best they could. All passed with flying colours!

Ramani was the first to share and he was given the topic of the power of acceptance. He shared about the topic in a beautiful poem he composed overnight leaving the class speechless.

Soleiman shares about planning the future and creating goals.

Gary did an excellent job in explaining the subconscious mind and how to clear patterns we don’t want from it.

Pam describes each of the five states of mind and does so very well at it.

Shelagh shares about awareness and the mind.

Tracey taught us about the power of affirmation and the key ingredients behind making an affirmation successful.

Peter guided us in how to develop our will and gave 3 clear methods on how we can implement this in our daily life.
