We continue with our five-day celebration of Pancha Ganapati festival. The spiritual practice on this second day of the Pancha Ganapati festival is to focus on neighbors, relatives and close friends, and create a vibration of love and harmony among them. If you have offended any of them, and you know it, then reach out an apologize. If the person is no longer in your life or cannot be contacted then work within yourself to resolve any unresolved issues. Don’t carry the burden of a troublesome past experience into the future with you. Nothing ever resolves itself. It sits and festers in your subconscious mind until it is actually dealt with. So, take time out to do so. Your subconscious is not a compost bin of past unresolved experiences.

Take this opportunity to also email, text or better still call your relatives and close friends and express your gratitude and appreciation for having them in your life. Life is not that busy that we can’t take a little time out of our lives to do so. It takes effort but it is a wonderful expression of your love for them and you won’t regret doing so. Remember, in expressing gratitude and appreciation, always try and be specific. This tells them that you notice and care.

And don’t forgot to place your gifts received before Pancha Ganapati. Happy day 2 of Pancha Ganapati.
