Facing & Understanding Challenges

When one truly understands the law of karma and is in complete harmony with it on all levels of consciousness then one gracefully accepts all that comes ones way. What manifests in our life is purely the result of our creation either in this life or at some point in past lives. The wise and mature seeker on the spiritual path neither complaints nor cringes rather asks “what is the lesson to be learnt from this experience?” For truly we have experiences in life to learn from them.
And when you learn from an experience, even if it is a bad one, and it makes a positive change in your life, it is quite difficult then to call that experience a bad experience for it has brought you a great gift.
